Successful Track Record of Value Creation in Health Care, Private and Public Companies and Working Together

Vicente Trelles was a senior member of INAMED’s management team that created over $2.8 billion of shareholder value in four years. In partnership with INAMED’s senior team, Mr. Trelles developed and implemented the strategy that increased sales from $240 million to $438 million and doubled earnings in the four year period ending in 2005. He has spent 24 years within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries managing global and regional operations at INAMED, Allergan, Baxter Healthcare, and American Hospital Supply.

James A. Breckenridge led the healthcare investment efforts for UBS Capital Americas, LLC and has been lead partner on $72 million of medical device / medical technology / bio-pharmaceutical investments. He has overseen and participated in private equity transactions aggregating over $2 billion in total value and $206 million of equity investments

Robert S. Vaters was a senior member of INAMED’s management team that created over $2.8 billion of shareholder value in four years and ultimately helped lead a multibillion change of control transaction. He has been a public company Chief Financial Officer three times, a Managing Director of an Asia Pacific business based in Sydney, Australia, and a Chief Operating Officer of an internet telecom start-up. Mr. Vaters is presently EVP/CFO of Orthofix, and was on the Board of Rockford Industries, a healthcare equipment provider.

Messrs. Vaters and Trelles worked together at INAMED from 2002 to 2006. Messrs. Breckenridge and Vaters worked together in 1996-1997 in leading the going-private transaction of Xpedite Systems, Inc. which increased the value of Xpedite from $325 million to $490 million.
