The Firm seeks investment opportunities that generally have the following characteristics:

• Strong and motivated management team
• Strong competitive position with reasonable barriers to entry
• Multiple avenues of growth
• Proven or capacity for operational excellence
• Increasingly global operations
• Proven economic model that delivers strong profitability and cash flow generation
• Favorable outlook for liquidity opportunities in a three to seven year timeframe

The Firm seeks investment opportunities in transaction sizes of $20-200 million. The Firm invests in growth financings, recapitalizations, consolidation and build-ups investments, and leveraged-buy-out investments. The Firm invests $5-20 million in growth financings and $10-30 million in leveraged-buy-outs and recapitalizations investments.
